Terms of Use

1. Scope

These Terms of Use apply to all contracts, subscriptions, and payments between you (the “User”) and Venture Law Go (venturelawgo.com), Bahnhofstrasse 50, 8001 Zürich, Switzerland (UID: CHE-593-814-276).

2. Services

Venture Law Go provides legal services for entrepreneurs, including:

  • Entity formation and corporate structuring;
  • Contract drafting and negotiation;
  • Compliance and regulatory advisory (GDPR, corporate governance);
  • Ongoing retainer and hourly legal support;
  • M&A, financing, and dispute resolution assistance.

3. Contract Formation

You can order services online at venturelawgo.com. A contract is formed once you confirm your engagement and authorize payment.

4. Pricing & Payment

All fees are in Swiss Francs (CHF) plus applicable VAT. One-time projects are billed per engagement; retainer and subscription services are billed monthly or annually unless cancelled in advance. Payment methods: credit card, bank transfer, invoice.

5. Liability & Warranty

Venture Law Go’s liability for services is limited to direct damages up to the amount paid by the User in the last 12 months, except in cases of gross negligence, willful misconduct, or personal injury.

6. Intellectual Property

All copyrights and usage rights to legal documents, opinions, and materials remain with Venture Law Go. Reproduction or distribution requires prior written consent.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Refund policy:

  • One-time Projects: Full refund possible within 7 days of invoice; thereafter no refund.
  • Retainers & Subscriptions: Cancel any time; remaining pre-paid period is refunded pro rata.
  • Hourly Services: Billed only for hours used; unbilled time is not charged.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Submit refund requests via email to info@venturelawgo.com. Requests are handled within 10 business days.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. The courts of Zürich have exclusive jurisdiction. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
